General lecture on Geospatial Applications of Satellite Generated Atmospheric and Climatic Data was held on 23 October 2017 at Auditorium FMIPA, Bogor Agricultural University. The lecture was organized by Department of Forest Resources Conservation and Ecotourism, Faculty of Forestry, Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bogor Agricultural University in collaboration with Interfaculty Department of Geoinformatics – Z_GIS, University of Salzburg.
The lecture was opened by Dean of Dean of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Dr. Ir. Sri Nurdiati, M.Sc., On behalf of Vice Rector for Human Resources and Strategic Studies as representative of Rector of Bogor Agricultural University. There are three invited speakers on this lecture:

- Invited Speaker 3: (topic 3: Spatial-Temporal Variations in Aerosols: A Case Study of India), Dr. Shahnawaz, from Interfaculty Department of Geoinformatics – Z_GIS, University of Salzburg, Austria
